Isaiah 9:6 - For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Jesus' name carries unmatched significance. The Bible declares that there is no other name given under heaven by which we must be saved. His name embodies all that is wonderful and inspiring—truly, He is known as the Wonderful One!

While humans possess incredible qualities, the greatness of Jesus Christ surpasses them all. He amazes us in every way—from His actions to His divine plans set in motion before the world began. The thought that He knew us and chose us even before we were born gives our lives deep purpose.

Even amid the chaos sin brings, our God remains a source of wonder. He has paved the way for us to reconcile with Him through His sacrifice, giving us hope and the opportunity to be reunited with Him.

Jesus was wonderful in His submission to the Heavenly Father's will, willingly becoming the perfect sacrifice on the cross. He embraced His role as our Savior with joy.

Throughout His life, Jesus was remarkable. His enemies found no flaw in His character. His miracles and teachings testify to His divine authority. As a man, He remained sinless and obedient to His heavenly mission.

His death was equally wonderful. Jesus died as He lived—selflessly, to secure our salvation. His resurrection transformed everything, offering us the glorious hope of eternal life and the promise to reign with Him forever.

Indeed, Jesus is truly wonderful! Allow me to share with you this song about the wonder of Jesus:

“Wonderful, wonderful

Jesus is to me

Counsellor, Mighty God,

Prince of Peace is He

Saving me, keeping me

from my sin and shame

Wonderful is my Redeemer.

Praise His Name!”
