A Special Thank YOU to Our Lord God!

1 Thessalonians 5:18 - “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

Our lives are full of blessings that we must thank God for that too often we don’t fully realize. It is a blessing and an excellent opportunity to have this day of Thanksgiving celebration to remind us of what the Bible says, “In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

Gratitude is the attitude of a child of God who is constantly aware and mindful of God’s blessings. This attitude must always express in words and action the phrase, “Thank You, Lord.”

On this Thanksgiving Day, let me share with you my utmost appreciation and expression of my gratefulness to our Triune God, whose love and presence are always with us all the time. May we always be thankful, not only today but every minute of each day, in a manner God is glorified. 

I ask you to join me in prayer to thank the wonderful Lord for the following:

Heavenly Father, as we pray, Thank You for: 

1.The blessing of having my physical family and enjoying our love and care for each other. Despite the distance, our love remains strong. 

2.The challenges we have encountered together have caused us to be strong and grateful for His grace. 

3.Our daughter Naomi and our grandchildren, Isaiah and Gwen, for the resilience God gave them after losing their house to the fire and the brain surgery she recently experienced. 

4.The people whom God sent to provide their needs and assistance every day. 

5.The IBBC family worldwide, with their love and loyalty and their faithfulness to fulfill your works and greater works be accomplished through them.

6.The opportunities you have given me and all IBBC faithful Pastors, Preachers, teachers, and all IBBC servants of God who continue to minister with joy through the Pandemics. 

7.The new opportunities and congregations you have added in Zambia, Pakistan, KSA, Europe, North America, and Asia through the IBBC- IGWC ministry. 

8.The privilege you have given IBBC to fulfill the Works and Greater Works by reaching the Total man and all men with the precious gospel.

9.The Christian education mandate that we are able to fulfill through the International Bible Baptist Academy and BOA International Bible Baptist College. 

10.The Media and Publishing Ministry allows us to reach the world with Your Blessed Gospel. 

11.The Ministry of Christian Counseling allows people to overcome Emotional and Mental Health issues so people will serve You more effectively.

12.The wisdom and comfort from Your written Word through daily devotion and meditation using the IBBC Application. 

13.The daily Prayer fellowship, Online Bible Study, Saturday Prayer Rally, BOA chapel, and SAM Online Ministry. Including all the prayers You answered.

14.The additional year as I celebrated my 70th birthday and 52 years in the gospel ministry.

15.The physical health and strength, despite some health risks I faced the last two years. This includes the healing You did for Angie. 

16.Thank you for the amazing grace and unconditional love I enjoy every hour and every day.

17.The opportunity You are giving us to build a better Facility to house IBBC Main. May you inspire and move Your people to support this endeavor.

18.The opportunity of Cheerful Giving to prove the sincerity of our love for You. The whole IBBC FAMILY will not neglect to offer you our Sacrifices of Thanksgiving.

19.For the financial and physical provisions you always provide to continue my Mission works.

20.Lastly, I want to thank You by faith as you provide us the opportunity in Central and South America, Australia, and Eastern Europe.

Thank you, my Gracious and loving Father, for the access you give me daily to your throne of Grace! I give you all the praise and glory for everything. 

With my heart and all of IBBC, including those who read this, we give you all the glory and Thanks. In the precious Name of our dear Savior, Amen!
